Below are a few questions that we are asked on a frequent basis. If you do not find the answer you seek, please contact us here »
What is the BrewBoat?
The BrewBoat is a part boat + part bike + part bar = all fun aquatic party machine for those who like to take their revelry pretty seriously. Ten peddle stations surround a mahogany bar top with additional seating for five more guests. This makes for the perfect setting to socialize with old friends and make new ones too! Don’t worry about steering; we have a USCG Master Captain for that!
How Do We Book A Cruise?
We’ve made it as easy as 1, 2, 3. You have the option of booking individual seats or chartering the entire boat. Once you have booked your reservation online, please fill out our online release waiver.
Where do we meet for our cruise?
We embark and disembark from our dock located behind Creek Ratz Restaurant & The Mullet Hut along the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled trip.
Where do we go?
How far and fast we go is up to YOU! Our typical route takes you along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and surrounding creeks. However, full boat charters can be customized to be a pub-crawl or sightseeing trip upon your request.
Do we really have to pedal?
Well heck yeah!! That’s half the fun. In the event of a mutiny onboard or if you’re just feeling lazy, we do have an electric motor to get us back to the dock.
What Do We Bring?
The BrewBoat is a BYOB (Beer or Wine) cruise. We supply the coolers, ICE, cups, and a great time. Water, sunscreen and some bike ready shoes are encouraged. Remember you are riding a bike so for the ladies we advise against wearing dresses, skirts and high heels.
How Long is the Trip?
Each cruise lasts 1 hour.
Is there a bathroom onboard?
No there is not. Prior to boarding, please use the elegant porta potty at the top of the dock. You may also use the restrooms at Creek Ratz, Dave’s Dockside or Bubba’s Love Shak.
How Hard is the Peddling?
Not difficult at all! The captain has the ability to raise or lower the paddle wheel making it easier or harder depending on your group’s preference.
How many people can the BrewBoat hold?
The BrewBoat can accommodate up to 15 guests. We have ten cycle stations and comfortable seating for five more.
Are there age restrictions?
We currently have no age restrictions. This boat is welcome to all ages, however, you must be 21 with proof of ID to bring beer or wine aboard.
Can I drink on the BrewBoat?
Yes! You must bring your own beer or wine, as we do not sell alcohol aboard. We ask that you limit it to 36 ounces of beer or 18 ounces of wine per guest.
Do we need to bring a cooler or ice?
No you do not! The center of our bar is lined with self serve coolers that will always be filled with ice.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled trip will receive a full refund. If the captain is forced to cancel due to extreme weather we will issue guests a rain check.
